Before we begin.
How is the price calculated?
Listed prices are starting rates in USD per image, not fixed quotes for every job. Each quote is based on the files, required changes, image count and deadline. Please send representative originals and a short brief. The final scope and price are agreed before work begins.
How long does retouching take?
The usual reference is around 48 hours, depending on the scope and workload. Your delivery date is confirmed individually. Timing starts after receipt of the files, brief and agreed advance payment. Rush work is subject to availability and an additional fee confirmed in the quote.
Are revisions included?
1–2 rounds of minor revisions within the agreed brief are included. A new direction, major reworking or additional requirements are quoted separately.
Can we agree on the style before a full series?
Yes. We can align on 1–2 images before processing the rest. References and a short list of requested changes help establish the treatment. Progress previews are available on request.
Do you offer a test image?
Test retouching is available for potential clients considering ongoing collaboration. Please discuss the project first. Free tests are not offered for one-off private orders or single-image edits. Tests are scheduled around paid work and may take several days.
How should I send files?
Send a cloud link containing RAW, DNG or TIFF files, along with references, image count, required changes and deadline. For a small number of files, send them as document attachments rather than compressed messenger photos.
What files will I receive?
Delivery format and export requirements are agreed with the project brief. Tell me whether the work is intended for web, print or another use, and whether you need a specific file format.
How does payment work?
The agreed advance payment is 50% or 100%. International payment options are available; the method and payment details are confirmed directly before work starts. Please ask for the option suitable for your project.
